The Broker, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates or agents are accordingly indemnified by the customer against any claim of any nature whatsoever and howsoever arising from any damages or loss which might be instituted against the Broker, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates or agents arising from or connected with or pursuant to the purchase of insurance products contemplated in this agreement.
The Customer hereby indemnifies, defends and holds harmless the entity owning and operating the Website, its subsidiaries, affiliates, vendors, agents and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents (herein after individually and collectively referred to as "indemnified parties") from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, suits, proceedings, penalties, interests, damages, demands, costs and expenses (including legal and other statutory fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by the indemnified parties that arise out of, result from, or in connection with :

Payments
If you make a payment for our Products or Services on our Website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currencies). All transactions shall be in AED. All credit/debit cards details will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.

It is important to understand that we do not underwrite insurance cover and any dispute between you and a Participating Insurer over cover shall not give rise to any rebate or refund or repayment liability or obligation on the part of the Service Providers, including the following, whether or not arising in connection with the website. (i) (i) the denial, restriction, cancellation or rescission of cover under a Policy issued by a Participating Insurer via the Portal for any reason whatsoever, including fraud, misstatement (innocent, negligent or fraudulent) or non-disclosure by you the customer, willful or otherwise;
(ii) (ii) any rebate or claimed rebate of Premium in connection with (i).
Any arrangements or Customer communication in connection with Refund Policy shall be implemented by the Participating Insurer direct with the Customer and the Service Providers shall be no obligation to assist in any such matter.
Refunds or rebates will be done only through the original mode of payment.
Disclaimer
While we ensure that the information on the Website is correct, the Company does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on the Website. The Company may make changes to the material on the Website, or to the products and any other features described in it, at any time without notice. The material on the Website may be out of date, and the Company makes no commitment to update such material.
We shall not be liable or responsible to the Customer for any loss or damage they may suffer as a

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and are to be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and in the event of any dispute arising in relation to these Terms and Conditions, the courts of the United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
